Chico's Sub Shop: Delightful Sandwiches and More in Orlando

Been going here since my daddy (R.I.P) used to bring us cheesesteaks once a week back in the 80’s . I have moved to NJ , everytime I come back to Orlando I make a stop! Delicious always

My wife and I love subs. But not just any subs. Like flat top subs with chopped meat. Amazing place to grab a bite. It's my type of sub. The owner was incredibly helpful and made us feel like we were regulars. Incredible experience! Trying to get back there but they close early. The meat itself was chopped beautifully. We always get extra meat any where we go but when I asked for extra meat he said "have you ever been here before?" That is the right response and thank god I didn't cause there is no more room for extra meat. They even gave us a spoon. Don't throw it away. lol. Trust me. You will need it. They also make their own in house fruit punch. That was awesome. You need ice with it. Also a huge tip, do not get extra salt. Not necessary. We did but next time we will do without it. We ate every bit of that sub. If I could say one thing, they need a cheese sauce to put and it would take this to the top of my book! It is at the top of my book for a Philly without the cheese sauce. I love cheese!

Been coming here for their Cheesesteak subs since the 80's. It's not a traditional Cheesesteak sub, it's seasoned ground beef but it's the most delicious sub around, imo.

I'm in Orlando native lived here for 65 years, back as far as I can remember going to that sub shop they were the biggest, most flavorful steak subs I remember ever having. They were huge ground steak, it was absolutely excellent and an affordable price. In a place you wouldn't expect Chico's was a treasure to find.

I absolutely love this place! I've been eating here for over 30 years. They put a ton of meat on every sub and have the best sweet tea in town. Definitely a historical landmark for us native Orlandoans

Sooo my friend Summer said we had to go to Chico Subs before we go to the airport. And I'm sooo glad we did! I had a Chicos cheese steak all the way and it was delicious!)

5 Years Ago: My ex-girlfriend made it her mission to get me to Chico's to try a philly and yo, it was the bomb! No sides required, but get yourself a half lemonade/half tea. And remember to USE THAT FORK; no sub left behind! Update 10/21/24: I've got a son now! Food's still as delicious as ever! I'm a regular now.
